Delivery options

Orders are dispatched only after clinical approval. We use discreet packaging and tracked delivery so medicines arrive safely and privately.
1. Dispatch after approval
Payment or consultation submission does not mean an order is ready to dispatch. Prescription-only medicines are dispatched only after a UK-registered prescriber has reviewed and approved the consultation.
Dispatch takes place on normal working days. If we need more information from you, dispatch may be delayed until the clinical team has everything needed to make a safe decision.
2. Standard delivery
Free next-working-day tracked delivery in plain, unbranded packaging. Injection pens are shipped in temperature-controlled (cold-chain) packaging.
- Courier/service: Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Tracking is provided once the pharmacy dispatches your order.
- Packaging is plain and unbranded; it does not identify the contents.
- Temperature-sensitive medicines are packed using cold-chain packaging where required.
3. Missed or delayed deliveries
If you miss a delivery, follow the courier instructions and rearrange or collect it promptly. For cold-chain medicines, contact us before using the medicine if you believe delivery delay or storage may have affected it.
4. International delivery
This service is intended for UK patients. We do not routinely ship prescription medicines internationally. Contact us before ordering if you believe you need an exception considered.
