The same standards as an in-person clinic — delivered online by a GPhC-registered pharmacy and UK-registered prescribers.
1 · Complete your online consultation
Answer a confidential medical questionnaire — your health history, current medicines, weight history and goals. It takes about 5–10 minutes and can be saved and resumed. There's nothing to pay at this stage.
2 · Verify your identity
Upload a photo of your ID and a full-length photo taken that day. Because we never meet you in person, this is how our clinicians confirm who you are and that prescribing is safe. Photos are seen only by the clinical team and stored encrypted.
3 · A UK prescriber reviews your case
A UK-registered independent prescriber personally reviews every consultation — no automated approvals. Most decisions are made within 24 hours. They may message you if anything needs clarifying.
4 · Secure payment
You pay when you place your order. If the prescriber decides treatment isn't suitable, you're refunded in full, automatically, with a clear explanation.
5 · Discreet, cold-chain delivery
Approved orders are dispensed by our own pharmacy team and dispatched for next-working-day tracked delivery. Injectable pens travel in temperature-controlled packaging, in a plain unbranded box.
6 · Ongoing care, not just a parcel
Monthly check-ins before each resupply, dose reviews with a prescriber, side-effect support from our pharmacists, and a weight tracker in your account. Pause or stop any time.
