2. Superintendent pharmacist

The superintendent pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective running of the registered pharmacy service.

3. Clinical review

All prescribing decisions are made by appropriately qualified UK-registered clinicians. Submitting a consultation or making payment does not guarantee a prescription.

Our pharmacy team may request additional information before approving supply where this is needed for patient safety.

4. Regulators and standards

The service is designed around GPhC standards for registered pharmacies, UK medicines law, UK GDPR, pharmacy record-keeping expectations and MHRA safety reporting routes.
